How to cancel your uPlay subscription
There is no lock-in period with uPlay and you can cancel your subscription at any time. The process is straightforward and you don't need to contact support – everything is handled directly from your account page.
Step-by-step cancellation guide
Log in to your account at uPlay
Click "Subscription Plans" in the left-hand menu

Under "Subscription Plan Details" you'll find your active subscription. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner of the subscription card
Select "Cancel Subscription" from the menu that appears

- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation
Once the cancellation is registered you will receive a confirmation by email. Your subscription will continue to work until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-billing period?
No. You keep full access to the service until the end of the period you have already paid for, but no refund is issued for the remaining time.
How do I know when my subscription is officially cancelled?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the cancellation is registered. You can also see the exact end date on your account page at any time.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling it?
Unfortunately we don't offer a pause feature at this time. If you'd like to take a break, you'll need to cancel and then sign up again when you're ready to return. Remember that you can always undo a cancellation via your account page as long as the subscription hasn't fully expired.
What happens if I don't cancel before my renewal date?
If you don't cancel in time, your subscription will automatically renew for the next period and payment will be charged as usual. Make sure to cancel with plenty of time to spare if you don't wish to renew.
Can I restart my subscription after cancelling?
Yes, absolutely. You can sign up for a new subscription at any time at uplay.se and get started right away.
