The live chat is available around the clock, every day of the year, and staffed by real people – no AI bots.
How to start a chat
- Go to My uPlay and enter your email address in the "Your Email/Username" field, then click "Continue". You will receive an email with a login button – click it within 10 minutes and the account page will open automatically with you logged in

- You are now on your Dashboard. Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the page, or click the "Börja chatta" button under "Premium Support"

- The chat window opens. Click "Låt oss chatta" to get connected with a support agent

Why do I need to be logged in?
By logging in, our support team can see your account directly and help you faster. It also eliminates any confusion about who we are talking to.

Emails we cannot respond to
We do not see or respond to emails from automated sends such as order confirmations, reminders, or [email protected] – there is no inbox connected to these addresses. If you need help, always use the live chat via your account.

No. Element X has a community where users help each other, as well as an information channel where we share news and important updates. It is not a support channel and we do not handle support requests there.
Can I send an email to support?
The only email address we respond to is [email protected], and it is intended for non-customers with general questions. If you are an existing customer and need help, always use the live chat via your account – it is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us.
