Change payment method
You can update the card used for your subscription at any time – directly from your account page without needing to contact support.
Step-by-step guide
Log in to your account at uPlay
Click "Subscription Plans" in the left-hand menu
Scroll to the bottom of the subscription card and click "Update Payment Method"

A dialog titled "Update Payment" will open. Enter your new card details:
- Card Number – your card number
- MM/YY – the card's expiry date
- CVC – three-digit security code
Check that your "Billing Address" is correct in the dropdown
Click "Update" to save the new card

The new payment method will be used from your next billing date onwards.

You can update your card a maximum of 3 times per day.

Frequently asked questions
Which card will be charged after I update?
The card you enter during the update will be used at the next billing date. The old card will no longer be charged.
Why do I see the message "You can update your card 3 more times today"?
For security reasons, card updates are limited to 3 times per day. If you've reached the limit, you'll need to wait until the following day.
Can I add a new card if my old one has expired?
Yes. Open the dialog via "Update Payment Method" and fill in your new card details as normal.
