Frequently asked questions

Why did my subscription get the "Expiring" status?

This is usually caused by a failed automatic payment – for example if your card has expired, there were insufficient funds, or your bank blocked the transaction.

Can I switch payment method before paying?

Yes. Click "Update Payment Method" at the bottom of the page to add or change your card before completing the payment.

How long does it take for the service to be reactivated?

Reactivation normally happens immediately after the payment has been approved.
