Which payment methods can I use?

Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Ordinary debit and credit cards work, such as Visa and Mastercard, and the payment is handled by our payment provider.

We do not accept Swish, PayPal, invoicing or cryptocurrency.

Can't see Apple Pay or Google Pay?

They only appear when your device supports them. Apple Pay needs Safari on an iPhone, iPad or Mac with a card set up in Wallet. Google Pay needs Chrome with a card saved to your Google account. If neither applies, checkout shows card payment only — that is not a fault, and you can pay by card instead.

How the payment works

You enter your name, email address and card details directly at checkout. No sign-up is needed beforehand — the account is created for you once the payment goes through.

Your card is stored encrypted with our payment provider and charged automatically on each renewal date. We never store your card number, neither in our system nor with support.

You are up and running straight away

Once the payment clears you get a confirmation email with your login details. No waiting, nothing handled manually.

Common questions

Can I pay with Swish?

No. Swish cannot be used for subscriptions, because the payment has to be charged automatically at each renewal and that support does not exist.

Can I pay with Klarna?

If you have a Klarna card, it works exactly like any other card — just enter the card number at checkout as usual. It is saved and charged automatically at each renewal, the same as a bank card.

What is not possible is paying by invoice or splitting the payment. A subscription needs a payment method that can be charged again automatically, and that means a card.

Can I pay with bitcoin or another cryptocurrency?

No, we do not accept cryptocurrency.

Can I pay with PayPal?

No. Use a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay instead.

Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Yes. Both work, and they appear at checkout when your device supports them — Apple Pay in Safari on Apple devices, Google Pay in Chrome. Behind the scenes it is your saved card that is used, so renewals happen automatically exactly as with an ordinary card payment. If Apple Pay doesn't open, pay with the card fields instead.

What is Link at checkout?

Link is our payment provider Stripe's service for saving card details and paying with one tap in shops that use Stripe. It is optional — you don't need a Link account to pay us. If Link asks for a code sent to a phone you don't recognise, close the box and pay by card.

Can I change currency, for example back to kronor?

Yes. Choose a currency under Settings → Language and currency. If it differs from the one you pay in, Pay in … appears in the Manage box — tap Switch to …. The switch applies from the next renewal, nothing is charged now, and your connections switch too. Swedish kronor is always available. You can't switch while the subscription is Overdue or cancelled, or while a change of billing interval is pending.

Does my debit card work, or does it have to be a credit card?

Both work, as long as the card is approved for online payments and for recurring charges. Some banks block that by default on debit cards — if your card is declined, that is usually where the answer lies.

Can I change card later?

Yes, straight from your account page. The full guide is in Change payment method.

Is my card number stored with you?

No. The card is held by our payment provider, who are PCI DSS certified — the highest security standard for handling card data. We only see the card type and the last four digits, never the full number.

What does it cost?
