Do you offer adult channels?
Yes, we offer adult channels — but they are not included by default in any of our packages. This is because many users prefer not to have that type of content available, particularly in households with children. If you want access, it's straightforward to add.
How do I add adult channels?
Ordering now? Turn on Adult channels (18+) under the Content row at checkout, and they're included from the start.
Already have an account? Then you turn them on yourself:
- Log in at My uPlay and tap Manage on the subscription card.
- Tap the Content row and choose the Ready-made package tab.
- Turn on Adult channels (18+) and tap Send request.
- We set it up within 24 hours and email you when it's done. Then refresh the playlist in your app.
This counts as the subscription's content change — see Change content.
Finding the channels in the app
The adult channels are in a category of their own called FOR ADULTS — search for adult in the app. If it doesn't show:
- Check that the Content row under Manage doesn't say In progress — if it does, the change isn't done yet.
- Refresh the playlist in the app.
- Many apps hide adult categories by default:
- TiviMate: in the TV guide, press the menu button → Group options → Manage groups and turn the group on.
- UHF: Settings → Playlists → your playlist → Manage content → Live TV → Edit, then tap the eye.
- MYTVOnline 4: Menu → the user icon → the pencil → Sensitive Categories.

Unlike many competitors, we don't charge extra for adult channels. They are added to your existing account at no additional fee.
Works with both Xtream Codes and M3U
Regardless of how you connect to uPlay, adult channels work the same way as all other channels in your playlist.
Hide channels from other users
If you don't want others in your household to see the adult channels, there are a couple of smart ways to manage this:
- TiviMate — lock the group with a PIN code under Settings → Parental controls
- UHF — categories and hidden content can be protected with a PIN code
- Most apps — Move the adult channels to a hidden or password-protected favourites list

Can I remove the adult channels later?
Yes, the same way: Manage → Content → Ready-made package, turn off Adult channels (18+) and tap Send request. It counts as the subscription's change.
Does it work with M3U links?
Yes, adult channels work just like all other channels regardless of whether you use Xtream Codes or an M3U link.
How long does activation take?
Within 24 hours. You'll receive an email once the channels have been activated.
